Shoot Eighteen - "Haul of Fame III"

Brazil as Michelle, Peyton, Jim, Elaine, Mike, Joani, and Milt knew!

Realize I am a few days early but I couldn't let this picture wait until Monday. . .

"The Christmas Truck!"

Finishing up the year and the eighteenth shoot with this Fargo truck. With the greenery encompassing it and its bright red color, I immediately thought, "It's the Christmas Truck!"

Merry, Merry !

Where in the World?

Here are some interesting facts about various countries of the world. Just where would I be?

It has the largest population in the world, with over 1.3 billion people (1,343,239,923) as of July 2012.

It is the 3rd largest country by area at 9,706,961 sq km (3,747,879 sq miles).

Bordering countries include Afghanistan, Bhutan, Burma, India, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Vietnam.

It has the fourth longest river in the world, the Yangtze River, which reaches 5,797km (3,602 miles) in length. It also has the sixth longest, the Yellow River, stretching 4,667km (2,900 miles).

It is the second largest economy in the world
after the U. S.

It boasts of the largest man made structure in the world, stretching an incredible 8,850 kilometres (5,500 miles).

There is NO WAY you would not know this!!!

Very Interesting . . .

RIFF RAFF
The Mississippi River was the main way of traveling from north to south. Riverboats carried passengers and freight but they were expensive so most people used rafts. Everything had the right of way over rafts which were considered cheap. The steering oar on the rafts was called a "riff" and this transposed into riff-raff, meaning low class.

Coffee Break Time!

Leaving on a humorous note, I hope!

Kids today don't know how easy they have it ...
when I was young, I had to walk
nine feet through shag carpet
to change the TV channel ...

I may not be that funny
or athletic
or good looking
or smart
or talented …
Damn! I forgot where I was going with this ...
