# 279 - "Reflecting. . ."

Never lose an opportunity to capture a likeness of anything beautiful. . .  for beauty is God’s handwriting. - Emerson

f/13 @ 1/160 sec. ISO 100 on a tripod with a Polarizer

Lotus Blossom

Not too far from my home is a garden center that features water lilies. They are set up outside where you can shoot to your heart’s content – which I did. Having exhausted the lilies, I walked around the grounds and came across lotus blossoms in varying stages of growth. I set up my tripod and fired away. Because of the stability of the tripod, I could shoot at f/13 or smaller apertures giving me more of a depth of field.
