One Hundred Twenty-nine - "And, the Sign Says..."
By the looks of the computer in this logo, I'd say the business has been around for quite some time. Phil, EMO, Mike P., Michelle, Joani, and Mike Di all came up with computer services or similar words. Here is the complete logo. . .

After looking at the "eye" logo now my thoughts are a pet day care?
