Prague was a tough one! But, not too tough for Elaine, Carol, Michelle, Mariann, Milt, Joani, and Jim!
"365 Paintings!"
The Art Complex in Duxbury wanted to feature my daughter's passion, or at least part of it. Lisa has been painting and blogging about her daily paintings since May of 2009 - some twenty-eight hundred paintings! Every day (holidays included) she produces a small (usually 6" x 6") painting. When it is dried she scans and posts it on her blog. Many of these have been purchased off the blog and are adorning the walls of homes and offices worldwide!
Her daily ritual has drawn the attention of many. Because of this she has been the featured artist at numerous art studios across the country and even in Italy!
The curator for the Art Complex asked to exhibit an entire year of her still life paintings. So, what you see above is three hundred sixty-six paintings from May of 2015 to April of 2016!
It was quite an impressive display of her talent. Yes, you should notice the sense of pride from her Dad!
